Arthur Luk

CEO/Managing Director

Arthur is the co-founder of China-based AQG Education, an international education consultancy firm based in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Arthur has extensive experience in the global insurance industry with a substantial portfolio in Asia. He founded AQG with his wife, Wendy NG, an MBA graduate from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Working together, they developed AQG into one of the top education consultancies in China, successfully facilitating international education programs and placements for more than 500 Chinese students at high schools, colleges, and universities in Canada, the USA, and the UK.

Arthur is the visionary behind the “MOU Model”, an engagement framework for school districts and post-secondary institutions in BC and Alberta to pursue international education opportunities with partner public education bureaus in Guangdong under their respective sister-province relationships.

Lisa Singbeil

Program Coordinator

Lisa is AQG’s Program Coordinator.  She has extensive experience planning and leading short-term group programs for students from around the world.  She has worked in international education for eight years including five years with the Rocky Mountain International Student Program, two years with Purcell International Education, and one year with AQG World.


Sophia Dong

Admissions Coordinator

Sophia is based in Guangdong and works closely with Lisa and Randy to support two key pathways for AQG: 1) individual student placements at Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School (STS) and Purcell Collegiate School (PCS); and 2) group programs for Chinese students at STS, PCS, and other MOU-affiliated schools and school districts.


Randy McLeod

Operations & Finance

Randy is an experienced education professional.  A former classroom teacher, Randy was also a Homestay Coordinator for the Rocky Mountain International Student Program for three years.  In his position with AQG, Randy supports the homestay program run by AQG for Chinese students attending Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School.
